Return Policy
Sometimes items we purchase just don’t fit exactly the way that we want them to! Rest assured, that at bluerial we are here to help! Before shipping your item back review our Return/Exchange Policy and Instructions listed below.

Exchanges:
Please be aware that our free exchange policy is for an identical item, just a different size. It is important to note that our styles can become unavailable and most will not be restocked!
- All exchanges are required to be completed not beyond 15 days of the initial purchase date.
- Any items returned must meet the return policies underneath.
- First, place a new order of the identical item for the size you need .
- Next, ship your originally purchase to us, be sure to include your name, original order number and new order number for the exchange with your return. Once we receive your exchange we will process the transaction and ship you the new order.
- Please Note: If you go to order the correct size and find the item is no longer available, an exchange will no longer be possible and see to the Return policies below.
Returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit issued as a gift card or a refund to the original form of payment, there is not a restocking fee for either option.
- All Items in Basics Catergories, Leggings, All Items In Accessory Categories, Intimates, Swimsuits, and Items Found In Final Sale Category will not be accepted for return or exchange. In Addition, products discounted 40% or greater are treated as Final Sale. There are no exceptions.
- All returns are required to be completed within 15 days of the inital purchase date.
- To be returned all items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original tags still attached.
- If you are returning shoes please note that the return must include the original box.
- Items returned that appear to have been worn, have makeup on them, traces of deodorant, any type of animal hair, smell of cigarette smoke or perfume/fragrances, are damaged in any way, do not have the tags attached, are received by our warehouse beyond 15 days from the original order date or any items that are part of the Final Sale categories or discounted more then 40%, will not be accepted by our shipping department. If you do ship any of the above referenced items, you will be contacted and you will need to pay to have them shipped back to you or if we do not get a response from you after 20 days, we will donate them to charity.
- Please note: Black Friday specials and deals are considered Final Sale and will not be accepted for Returns or Exchanges.
- It is important to note that all shipping is non-refundable with no exceptions as they are paid to a 3rd party.
Shipping back your order to you:
While we are happy to provide free shipping to you, we do not provide any return shipping labels. Should you need to return any items back to us, you will be responsible to pay any shipping charges. We feel USPS is generally the most cost effective, however we have no preference as to which carrier you choose to ship items back to us.
- We require a Return Authorization, please include your invoice inside your return, or your order confirmation and place inside. Email us at support@bluerial.com for A Return Authorization number.
- Should you prefer a refund instead of store credit, either email us and let us know or include your preference inside your return.
- When shipping a return to us we are never responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your return package and to always record your tracking number.
- Returns are processed within 3-7 business days after being received by our shipping department. Once your store credit or refund have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address we have on file for you.
- Please note: refunds can take between 3-7 business days to clear back into your account, this depends solely on your banking institution and that is not something we have any control over.
Is There Something Wrong With Your Order?
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect your order immediately.
- Upon inspecting your order, if you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at support@bluerial.com so we may address the issue with you.
- There will be NO exceptions made once you have had the merchandise for more then 3 days, you have removed the tags, or you have washed it or worn the item.
While photographing all items, we do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. However, some items will have slight variances and thus will not be considered defective.
